California Fresh Buffet was established in February, 2000 to serve as a learning laboratory for the Center for Purposeful Living, an extraordinary educational organization that provides free room, board and tuition to accepted students of all ages for a one year intensive program of personal development and growth. The buffet, rated one of the best eating establishments in the
area, is operated by 85% volunteers who include the students and
faculty of the Center for Purposeful Living. All volunteers at the
restaurant are trained in the TRP® concepts. In the
July issue of Fast Company Magazine, a monthly national business
publication, California Fresh Buffet was featured in a whole page
