TRP® training has many audiences. Though most participants
work as supervisors, managers and executives in industry, an increasing
number include nonprofit employees, front line production workers,
health care workers and many others. Over the years TRP®
training has also been introduced to a growing number of college
and high school students-with great success!
In July 2005 at Bennett College in Greensboro, N.C., the Johnnetta
B. Cole Global Diversity & Inclusion Institute conducted its
first Global Summer Leadership Institute for "Power Girls"-
African American, Asian, Hispanic, Latina and Native American girls
who want to begin early preparation for leadership. The first institute
had 25 young women ranging in age from 13 to 17 from around the
country.
Bea Perdue, the director of the institute, selected TRP®
training to be the foundation of the programs to be presented to
the "Power Girls." On June 6, 2005 Mrs. Perdue and three
of the participants were interviewed on the Morning Show of WFMY-TV,
a TV station in Greensboro. Each of the young women interviewed
named TRP® as the most important part of their training.

In addition to training the Power Girls, in early 2005 TRP Enterprises,
Inc. trained over 100 staff and faculty members of Bennett as well
as participated in the Chief Diversity Officers Forum sponsored
by the Cole Global Diversity and Inclusion Institute.
