In September, 2005, TRP Enterprises, Inc. held a "train the trainer" workshop resulting in the certification of six new TRP® trainers. These trainers hail from a variety of backgrounds work places. The training was conducted over four days. Each trainee was rigorously tested in their ability to grasp and present the TRP® training. Each of the particpants greatly exceeded the minimum requirements for becoming a TRP® trainer.

The new trainers are:

Susan Baggett : Susan has sung opera, worked in industry, obtained status as a Certified Public Accountant, and volunteered extensively with the Human Service Alliance and Center for Purposeful Living in Winston-Salem, NC where she serves as a president and a member of its core faculty, the Teaching Group. She will be presenting TRP® on her own as an independent contractor and in association with TRP® Enterprises, Inc.

Julia Burazer : Julia worked in marketing for a number of years before founding Allways Tours, Inc. in 1992. Guiding that company as president she and her husband are now moving on to new challenges and are passing the company on to younger entrpreneurs. An entreprenur in the truest since, Julia has been an example to those who aspire to create their own enterprises, both in the for profit and nonprofit sectors. She currently volunteers extensively with the all volunteer restaurant, California Fresh Buffet, in Winston-Salem, NC where she is a member of the management team. Julia will be presenting TRP® as an independent trainer as well as working in association with TRP® Enterprises, Inc.

Rosanna Durruthy : Rosanna has worked in industry for over twenty years with Fortune 500 companies. She established her own consulting firm, the Aequus Group, and conducts life coaching, leadership development, and is an expert consultant regarding diversity and inclusion. She has already begun working with Merrill Lynch to use TRP® training as a foundation for a mentoring program. Rosanna lives in Hoboken, NJ.

Donna Parks : Donna has been a nurse and nurse educator for many years. Employed by Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY she will be presenting TRP® to the hospital's employees.

Bruce Slawitsky : Bruce has extensive experience in the training world having worked in healthcare and other fields for over 20 years. Now associate director of Organizational Development and Learning at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City, he will join TRP® trainer Anne Tarpey in providing TRP® training to over 1,000 employees of HSS. Bruce has lived extensively in Europe and is fluent in Italian.

Mary Stone : Mary has been a fan of TRP® since she first sat through a session in 2004. She worked hard to convince her employer, Crouse Hospital of Syracuse, NY, that TRP® would be a good addition to the training offerings at Crouse. Her superiors agreed and sent her to become a certified trainer. She and Donna will be presenting TRP® to Crouse employees beginning immediately.
