Linda Strauss is a human resources (HR) professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate HR as well as consulting. Over her career, she has specialized in every aspect of HR including recruitment, training, policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, and benefits and compensation. As a consultant, Ms. Strauss also provides services such as individual career and leadership coaching, mediation, and workplace investigations. Ms. Strauss is an instructor for the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business Management where she teaches HR and management courses. Ms. Strauss is a long-standing member of the Society for HR Management (SHRM), and serves as the Director of Workforce Readiness for SHRM NM. Ms. Strauss is a Certified Mediator of Workplace Conflict, and certified in Mental Health First Aid in addition to her TRP training certification.

Jaslyn Roberts is the Career Center Director at Charlotte Works.With more than twenty years in human resources, Jaslyn has held a broad range of leadership and consulting roles: Manager of Family Strengthening with Goodwill Industries, Senior Organizational Consultant and Diversity Practitioner at Wachovia; and a business partner with companies including John Deere, Pitney Bowes and Textron. In addition to her work, she is passionate about giving back to the community as evidenced in her activity with Leadership Charlotte, Teen Health Connection, and Teen Health Connection’s GEMS girls mentoring program. Jaslyn is also a skilled facilitator and holds training certifications from ELI, DDI, is master trainer certified in AchieveGlobal’s Leadership Skills series, CCL 360 suite of assessment instruments, and is a TRP Trainer.

A native of the Caribbean island of Antigua, Jaslyn holds a BS in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, and an MS in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC.

Vicki J. McCoy is an organizational development and communications consultant who specializes in developing high-functioning leaders and teams that communicate powerfully and get results. She directed communications programs in two major federal agencies prior to starting her own company, McCoy Communications & Training. She realized early on that the development of self-aware organizations and individuals was a key to effective communication. Today, she uses her unique blend of knowledge and skills to offer workshops on self-development, teambuilding, writing for publication, crisis communication, and change management and innovation. She also provides services in workplace mediation and executive coaching. “I offer TRP to every client,” Vicki says. “I consider it foundational to any other work we will do. It can transform an individual and a team. It unleashes creativity. ” Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of the State of New York and a Master of Arts in Communication from Georgia State University.

Matt spent nearly 10 years of opening new markets and training managers for various retail chains before moving into Organizational Development. He spent 6 years in various leadership roles with one of the largest healthcare providers in the Carolinas and helped succesfully pioneer a major initiatve resulting in dramatic increased in patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and net revenues for the network of physician practices. In this process, Matt employed TRP training as a keynote in ushering in organiztional change. Since 2010 Matt has worked as a consultant focused on leadership, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement with a particular focus in healthcare. He is currently a managing consultant with Press Ganey Associates and resides with his wife and two daughters in Charlotte.


Susan B. Baggett, CPA

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant having graduated from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro with a Bachelor of Music degree in 1970 and with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting in 1974. She has worked in large corporations as a Plant Accountant and a Cost Accountant for Puerto Rican operations prior to moving into Public Accounting. She has had her own CPA firm for over 15 years with emphasis on taxation and small businesses. For a number of years she served as the volunteer entrepreneur overseeing an all volunteer residential program providing 24- hour year-round care for the terminally ill. She currently serves as president and as an educator at a charitable organization. Susan has 20 years experience in presenting educational programs to groups of all sizes in the U.S.A. and Europe.

Gail is the Co-Owner/founder of Capriccio Partners, LLC, a company dedicated to offering an array of services devoted to personal and professional growth through partnership. Gail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Music Education. She also has 2 years of formal training in Information Technology. Her professional experience includes more than 20 years in the field of intellectual and developmental disability services. Gail has a strong background in professional direct care services both in the community and in her home as well as a more than 12 years in high level administration that includes directorship for a mid-sized private company.

Gail has extensive experience as a trainer and understands and deploys effective training for adult learners of all levels through all facets of an agency. Gail is skillful in developing meaningful trainings for small groups of 5 to large groups of 300 or more. Her portfolio includes live training, video and web based training, and creating training materials for agency specific topics. Gail is Lauris Online Certified with her most recent accomplishment in the successful user end set up, training and deployment for an agency with 1200+ users.

Suzi believes all persons have the ability to be successful. It is a matter of using the right tool for the right project. She focuses on mind/body/spirit practices and uses motivational interviewing techniques in counseling.
