Tina Sheaffer Glenn, from Central Pennsylvania, obtained her baccalaureate and master's degrees in business and health administration. Her 28 year career in the health care industry spans a range of marketing, management and development in acute care community hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and home health care. In 1999 Tina founded, and is president and owner of, Hearthside Home Care. She has resided in North Carolina (Greensboro) since 1994. Hearthside is a home care provider that is licensed to serve a 10-county area in the Triad. Tina's other real passions are for fine music and the arts. She was classically trained at the Academy of Vocal Arts as a mezzo soprano in the '70's in Philadelphia, Pa, in opera.

Julie Sweedler is manager of UNC Hospitals' Women's Health Information Center, a consumer health information center for the women of North Carolina. She also conducts TRP workshops for UNC Health Care employees. Sweedler has been a professional trainer for more than 20 years, primarily working with public health organizations and medical schools throughout North Carolina. Prior to receiving a masters of public health degree from the University of North Carolina in 1994, Sweedler led work/study abroad groups to East Africa.

Under Bill's direction, Central Broadcasting grew to be one of the largest small market radio broadcast groups in the Midwest.

Being active on several boards adds to Bill's understanding of today's business challenges. These include the boards of USbank of Indiana, Richmond Baking Company , Chairman, Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services. Burcu got her BS degree in International Relations from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. Her career has been in various finance companies as fund manager and treasurer where she managed company and customer investments, designed career planning systems and performance evaluation models, trained staff, audited branches and agencies, and wrote technical specs for financial software. As a licensed broker and trainer, she gave trainings on Capital Markets, Financial Mathematics and Portfolio Management while working on her MBA. Later she joined Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts—a non-profit organization—where she coordinated projects like publication of limited edition art books and painter’s portfolios. In addition to raising her two children, she has continued to pursue her interest in personal development with enthusiasm, having become certified as a TRP Trainer in September, 2008.
