August 11, 2010: Four New Trainers Complete TRP® Trainer Certification at OrthoCarolina, Charlotte, NC
Four corporate trainers of OrthoCarolina were certified on August 11, 2010, by TRP Enterprises, Inc. of
Winston-Salem to conduct the nationally-known training, “Becoming the Totally Responsible Person.” The four trainers (from left to right in the picture below) are Gloria Hall, Amy Mancilla, Jennie
Tichey and Patrick Michael. They are flanked on the left by Thomas White and on the right by Sanford
Danziger, MD, founders of TRP Enterprises, Inc. and developers of the training. OrthoCarolina, one
of the nation’s leading orthopedic practices, is an independent practice based in Charlotte, NC,
with 80 physicians, 15 locations and 800 employees, and offers comprehensive orthopedic care.
The trainers will begin immediately to train the staff of OrthoCarolina in the concepts of personal
responsibility underpinning the training.
This training lasted four days, at the end of which trainees were presented with a certificate authorizing
them to conduct the training through August 30, 2013. They plan to use
TRP® for staff, parenting, youth programs, and more.
