Stress Management Once and For All Learning and Growing from Stress
In this unique workshop, participants learn a proven scientific method
to manage stress at its true source. The method is not relaxation,
meditation, breathing, faith, exercise or biofeedback. It is an eye-opening
approach to life.
Participants practice it during the workshop and become confident in their
ability to use it. They also develop their own individualized plans to apply
it at work, at home and any areas of life that trigger stress: relationships,
finances, workplace, marriage, driving/commuting, time pressures, relatives,
health, parenting, and the giving and receiving of feedback.
Participants learn to "stay positive, productive and effective-no matter
what the circumstances," and to release any "victim mentality" that leads to
stress.
