TRP Train the Trainer
TRP Enterprises conducts train-the-trainer certification for its flagship course, Becoming the Totally Responsible Person. This program certifies trainers or other professional staff to deliver TRP training within their own organizations. This model is also a perfect fit for independent trainers, professional coaches, leaders and consultants.

CERTIFICATION PERIOD: Three (3) years from the date of training. Re-certification serves to keep you updated with the constantly evolving material and ensures the ongoing quality of TRP Training. The current cost for re-certification is half the cost of original certification.
LOCATION: Certification training is typically conducted at TRP Headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC. By special arrangement, sessions are frequently conducted on site or at other locations suitable to the client with a minimum of five trainers to be trained. The client would be responsible for all expenses in addition to the normal fees.

Trainer/company obligations
Once trained, TRP trainers (or their companies) are obligated to purchase from TRP Enterprises, Inc. one Participant Workbook for each person subsequently trained. There are no other fees or licensing costs. The cost of this 118-page workbook is currently $35.00 (plus applicable taxes, shipping and handling).

Schedule for Training
1st Day
8:45 a.m.—6:00 p.m.
During the first day of training, from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., trainees participate in a full TRP Workshop as participants. Afterwards, the trainees debrief what it is like to be a participant, and to observe how experienced trainers present the material and facilitate the experience for participants.
During these sessions, sponsoring companies can send additional employees for the cost of the TRP Workbook—$35 plus any applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees.

PowerPoint Slides of all training modules, video clips, and self-study resources.
Role Plays and exercises to conduct training programs with.
Perhaps most importantly, application-focused discussion on how to apply this training personally and
professionally. Trainers learn to “walk the talk” and prepare themselves to be role models of what they teach.
