Becoming the Totally Responsible Leader: Serving and Empowering Others
This session focuses on how leaders, managers, supervisors and others can empower those with whom they work. The lessons apply equally to raising children. The goal is to help others move out of the victim mentality and express the positivity, effectiveness, and character of the TRP®. Participants will learn that rescuing or enabling others can impact negatively the capabilities of others and lead them into the deeper victim. Participants will learn to recognize those times and events that often result in rescuing or enabling and ways to empower, rather than weaken, those around them. As a result, respect and trust in the workplace is increased and teams and individuals become more productive, effective and creative.  Anyone in a leadership position will not want to miss this session.
