The TRP® Workshop's
"Atmosphere" and Educational Methods
The workshops create an ideal environment for learning and growth:
lively, fast-paced and entertaining, full of humor and pleasant
surprises. They interweave interactive exercises, animated computer
graphics, music and practice. The participants are fully engaged
in the learning process and commonly say, "The time passed
so quickly, that I didn't even realize it was time to end."
The participants learn-and actually practice-new behaviors and
new ways of dealing with many common life situations, issues and
problems. The participants thus recognize and acknowledge that they
are learning valuable skills. At a half-dozen points they write
brief summaries of what they have learned-much to their delight.
They are further pleased to know that the methods work both at home
and at work. Over 90 percent of the participants are so satisfied
that they re-teach what they have learned, to coworkers and family
members.
Participants leave the workshop with enthusiastic self-confidence,
and a concrete plan for using their new skills: when, where, how
and with whom.
Participants use an 83-page comprehensive workbook which contains
step-by-step reviews, exercises and a simple, proven plan for using
the principles in daily life. Go here

The workshop design is unique and effective. It won the Piedmont
ASTD's David Campbell Award for training innovation and creativity.
Up to 60 or 70 people can attend without sacrificing excellent
results.
Both half-day and full-day trainings are available.
